Emma Thomas Bethune Pepper Relish Recipe

Pepper Relish

12 red peppers
12 green peppers
12 onions

Chop all and mix, then cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes. Drain. Add 1 pint of vinegar, 2 cups sugar, 3 tablespoons salt. Boil 5 minutes. Pack in jar and seal.
